Well cleaned and maintained pool, gym and gardens.
Available 24hrs good sized 7 11 convenient store & an ATM.
Acceptable security staff with card required to access lobby & lifts to tenant's relevant floors only but lobby door heavy and often not fully closed to secure, including fire exits/doors to prevent spread and ensure security into buildings and car parks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place. Convenient with the 7/11 and restaurants downstairs. Really great pool for swimming laps. The rooms I rented are small compared to other places. But ok prices.

The Base Sukhumvit 77 is a condominium project, developed by Sansiri, located at On Nut Road, Khwaeng Phra Khanong Nuea, Khet Watthana, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon 10110. Sansiri is also the developer behind Garden Square, The Base Phetkasem and Baan Nub Kluen. Facilities at The Base Sukhumvit 77 include swimming pool, fitness gym, kids area, futsal court, basketball court, table tennis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be prepared; Security is very rude and cannot speak English.The parking house is narrow and there are no signs to the lift. The furniture is modern but the concept of the condos is not very practlcal.The hallway to the condos is not AC and cheaply made
