★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many Problems with Facilities and desinterrested Management.
Irregular shuttle Service (many times no service for approx. 1 week with the reason that driver is sick ), Pool needs repairs since 8 Months and is not cleaned regularly, regular short electricity breakdowns during rainy season, failconstructions in bathrooms and low water pressure on higher floors.
Advertised Rooftop floor 30 will not be built and inaccessible. But i see maintenance staff with food or drinks go to floor 30 many times...VIP only i guess.
Mainly Chinese Owners living there.
Noisy Road, tiny Gym, 3 chairs at Pool and many Chinese short term renters as well as AirBnB croud.
Security Staff acts like military prison guards.

Be careful to rent this place because owner and agent will charge you unfair charges after move out. I had experience that and lesson learned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many cracks in only 2 years. Rain water leaking. Feel unsafe. Very slow elevators.
Chinese owner very stingy.
Charge me for things without any clear explanation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The windows don't block any noise from the always busy On Nut road right below. Not recommended by me for those who like it quiet. It has solid walls, though, and top interior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New and good condo with reasonably nice facilities like a pool and small gym
There is no convenience shop on the site currently but it is less than 100 yards walk to the nearest family mart
I stayed in a 1 bedroom unit and it was reasonably comfortable
The price seems quite good value but it is not so close to the BTS and traffic on On Nut road can be a nightmare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located near bts On Nut it's very closed to big c and tesco supermarket as well as Century plaza shopping mall. In front of the condo there is motorbike service that can bring you anywhere for a decent prize, for example 20 baht to reach the bts which is 7-800 meters away.

Close to big C shopping centre and vegetables and fruits market.
Short distance walking to BTS and so many facilities.
The place is very clean, modern, has security, swimming pool, excersies room.
The staff is helpful.
