The transportation to get there is very convenient like minibus (about 8 bath), bus, taxi motor bink (10 bath) or walking ( about 10 minutes from Sukhumvit Road ). In addition, the neighbors are very good they are Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, American and British. And there are many facilities such as swimming pool, fitness center, library, 7-11, salon, restaurant, laundry, parking and playground. Here’s the best for the family life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here in one of the apartment for almost a year and half. Very well maintained service apartment and if you get the deal from the owner of apartment, it’s so much better than having it from the sublease holder. Swimming pool and gymnasium are cleaned well equipped compare to the serviced apartments in the same category. Above all the apartment complex has everything you need including laundry vending machines for water and laundry services,spa, restaurants and a well loaded 7/11. The complex is diluted 120 meters away from the main road and therefore no noise at all and the nearest BTS is 10 minutes away by walk which is OnNut. Within 5 minutes reach many more restaurants and bars as well as convenience stores namely Big C and Lotus. There is space for jogging as well and the back side of the complex has the river.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From 23rd floor , the view is incredible, like a small village, have everything here , seven eleven, laundry shop, hairdresser, massage, clinic Botox , very quiet , nearby big c and BTS onut, i love this place so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to live in due to its location which is near to Big C On Nut as well as the BTS On Nut Station. This place provides amenities such as a gym and a swimming pool. There is also a 7/11, a cafe, a restaurant, 2 thai massage shops, a hair salon and self service coin washing machines and water machines for drinking. Their library offers free wifi. The place is secured with CCTV and security guards 24/7. Public Motorcycle transports are also available just outside the gate.
