The manage has improved the management. But caution: this building does have a lot of rules®ulations which they will enforce.
Very poor management! Like the previous reviewer stated: juristic office ignores all my complaints. Lied in my face. Not willing to make effort to solve management problems.
I am also having lots of headache from constructions on top of my unit. What is worse is that these workers like to leave the windows or doors open after they leave. It's raining season now. So whenever we get heavy wind or downpours we will hear noise coming from the wind blowing against the windows & doors (open/close)and it woke me up @2am &5:30am in the past 2 weeks. Contacted their line group with recorded messages of noise and written complaints.. all my Messages were ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For more than 6 months they have continued construction and still don't have a plan to finish it. This building is not yet ready to live in.
The building is well decorated but the quality of the construction is not good. Better not buy this condo but probably okay to rent until it will get old.
