★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only for residents and families... Weekly stay and backpackers not allowed... Nice place, pool, gym (frugal), parking etc.. but an expensive place... 2 bedroom condo rents for THB 35000 plus ALL utilities EXTRA?... An Italian Restaurant, massage spa, laundry on the ground floor...

Update March 2016: Management is having building exterior painted. It looks like contractor is doing a professional job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed our stay here for 6 weeks to birth our daughter. Great location, close to parks and Lang Suan road shopping/dining. Bit old inside but good value. Swimming pool gets sun up to midday. Gym is rubbish but serves a purpose.
