★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here as an AirBnB for two weeks when I first came to Bangkok. The room was okay and at the time, I gave it 3 stars. While there, I searched for more permanent accommodations and found something nearby on Soi 8. It was okay also but also only about 3 stars. When they started major construction in the adjacent building at about the time my 1-year lease was over, I started looking for something else. I looked at a lot of condos and apartments between Sukhumvit Soi 4 and On Nut and was not finding what I wanted. As I was walking by Saranjai Mansion on the way to somewhere else, my girlfriend and I stopped here to see what might be available in a 2-bedroom place. The manager showed us two places and the second one was exactly what I wanted and in my price range.
The place is great. It's on the 16th floor and is on an outside corner with a nice cross-breeze most times. The management is helpful and friendly. There is 24-hour security both at the driveway entrance and near the elevators. The location is great. The building has a 7-11, a small restaurant (good, inexpensive food), a laundry, and two massage shops. We are within easy walking distance of more restaurants than I can count and a wide variety of cuisines.
If you are looking for a good place to live on lower Sukhumvit, don't ignore Saranjai Mansion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location 5 mins walk to BTS.
“Bar area” in soi 4 can easily be avoided, and soi 8/ soi 11 have excellent bars and restaurant options. Terminal 21 and Asok both a 10 minute walk away. Very quiet and far from traffic/ noise.
The building has 711, massage, restaurant, huge swimming pool, large units and it’s good value.
I stayed here 8 years and highly recommend it if you can get a nice condo on a high floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a condo complex on Sukhumvit Soi 6. Yes it's near Nana Plaza and the infamous Sukhumvit Soi 4. But at the same time it's well located in the heart of Bangkok near Nana BTS as well as express ways multiple shopping and business centers. Please note that condos are no hotels and short term leases are against Thai law. If you plan to stay for a few months or more in Saranjai you can find beautiful places at very competitive prices.
