★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is bad, 24hr construction site nextdoor. Car parking is 500THB after 3hrs (even as a guest!) Soi11 is a very third world part of Bangkok, disgustingly dirty and smelly, impossible to walk on the sidewalk, tuk-tuks and tourist scamming taxi drivers line the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depending on what floor you stay on it can be nice and quiet or loud if you are near the discotec next door. I gave one star because the Prime 11 staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. Never responding to calls or emails that I have sent numerous times, as well as just not taking care of the people that stay at the Prime 11. I've been an owner for a long time and it just keeps getting worse. If you can stay away:).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location. Very convenient to live here since there is access to everything on this street, starting from restaurants, to supermarkets, salons, pharmacies, 7-elevens, etc. Good apartments with a great management team. Especially Mr. Alex is the most helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing condo with great staff and a very nice atmosphere. Not brand new so you probably can get some places more state of the art but on the other hand the older properties have more space and this condo with great views and 2 beds is 100sqm so loads of space for a modern capital city! Love the location which is probably the best street on Bangkok for restaurants of all style and tastes and bars are lively and varied (although it has taken a hit from Covid - here hasn’t?). The condo has a sauna, fitness, pool floor which is rarely used so always feels luxurious to someone not used to this sort of thing. It is time to move on for me but been a really pleasurable couple of years here. Nothing critical to say about the staff, the condo or the location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great. Right in the middle of bkk so if you don’t like it busy don’t come here. Seems quiet but I’m guessing that’s because most of the farang aren’t back here in Bangkok. Don’t use a taxi unless they put it on the meter, this soi they are renowned for shafting people.
