★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel service was the best. I went there on my nephew's birthday. The hotel surprised us with a cake and a birthday message on the bed. The food at the restaurant was halal and really delicious. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels in Thailand... There was an issues in my room one of the staff in Kempinski her name is "dew" replace me with new room in less than hour ..she really helpful thanks to her! Such a delight stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is the best, next to Siam Paragon so you can walk to the Mall. The room is cozy, large, modern facilities. The breakfast is plentiful, and the lobby is so big and has very nice decoration.

Both food and staff services area superb, far beyond our expectations. Making our anniversary more meaningful. Thank you for the big surprised from the staffs. All of you are super star.

Service to match, stunning rooms, beautiful live music and Afternoon Tea; the attention to detail and unique design and style is absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere of the village has to be experienced to get the full potential from it. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to stayed here regularly on business trips in 2012-2014. Every trip we had a nice experience and didn’t want to leave. Now living in Bangkok, we return for breakfast meal. It reminds us of the nice experiences we had then. The staffs are always very friendly and very accommodating, though they seem to work very hard during busy breakfast hours. The foods are still very good. Will come back soon.

All staffs here are well trained and friendly since the touch point at the check-in counter, lady in red escorted me into the room and ensured if I still need any assistance during stay at the hotel, I did asked her to reconfirm my reservation at hotel’s restaurant. Everything went smoothly and quickly. The view was very beautiful with relaxing atmosphere like we’re in the private resort but we’re in the heart of city actually. The room service staff was very polite here. The room was very clean with full amenities in the room. I very enjoyed entertainment in the room, connecting my iphone with smart TV and turned on my favorite songs while soaking in bathtub after swimming in the accessed pool. Moreover, afternoon tea was well arranged at executive lounge, very private and used high quality tea. It’s over expectation fulfillment with professional and warm hospitality here. Cheers to all hotel staffs, sales and marketing team in this unusual situation. Siam Kempinski Bangkok is one of the best hotel in Thailand that can maintain highest quality that never make me disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In terms of location, it is very convenient. Center of Bangkok, with several shopping malls around and BTS in walking distance. In terms of decor and service, I am impressed. Nice aroma, beautiful flowers decoration. Staffs are very friendly and ready to assist. In terms of food, I am always happy here, good selection of raw materials, good taste and you can feel that details are all attended. Coffee break is also very good with lots of selection of tea and desserts a fruits. I am in joy when the organizer choose to set up a seminar function here. There is a Michelin Thai restaurant here that I will try some day too.
