★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, was a bad look for Jumbo Seafood Singapore brand image. My friend and I went there to enjoy the signature chilli crab, ordered 3 dishes of it and the senior waitress had a shocked reaction giving off a vibe that we could't pay for it, followed up by repeating the price. After having ordered, the first dish came quickly, however they crab was not fresh at all, disgusting look to taint a great restaurant brand like Jumbo Seafood. We were then served with the other two dish which were fine. They need to work on their customer service and food quality control quick or else prepare to lose business.
Had set an expectation for this visit and it wasn't met.
We definitely would not recommend to visit here. Not worth the price.?

Food isn't bad. Particularly liked the buns with chili crab stuffing.
Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never been to the one in Singapore and didn't dine-in so can't speak about service - ordered the Hungry Hub set for 4- 3699++ plus a few extra Ala Carte: Chilli Crab; Egg-white Chinese Wine Crab; Cereal Prawn; Scallops and Taro; Migoreng; HK Noodles; Tofu and Mushroom Sauce; Seafood Pumpkin Soup; Ribeye Beef in Oyster Sauce; Mantou; Jellyfish - taste was decent and up to standard to the Chinese you get in Bangkok for all dishes, the Singaporean/Malay influence makes it unique - the Crab menu was very extensive; ingredient quality and handling didn't match the price point though (Crab was skinny, beef overcooked, "deshelled prawn" still had shell). Don't understand the XS/S/M portion sizing (why not S/M/L like normal people?) when priced that high and certainly not JUMBO like the restaurant is named - the set alone would not have fed 4, everything was XS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALMOST like the original Jumbo in Singapore, just in an upscale setting in Siam Paragon !! the food ingredients (especially the seafood) are very fresh, the cooking is well prepared, yet the taste particularly the sauces are somewhat adapted to Thai sweetness. we also tried some new creative side dishes that they made the classic menu a lot more interesting !
