Authentic HK brand, very tasty congee, dimsum, wonton noodle and other nostalgic HK dishes! At the very end of Paragon basement floor. I like the train style seats. But during peak time it might be quite full.

Love to come here when i want something light but ended up being very full. Congee and fried dough noodles are my favourites. Ducks and crispy pork are very nice too. Service is fast.

Ordered the special wonton and noodles, size small. Small really is pretty small, it’s only a little larger than the size of a small personal bowl you get at a Chinese restaurant. The broth had a fish flavor that was unexpected but not unpleasant. The noodles were nothing special. The wontons were good but I wouldn’t call them exceptional. Overall it was just an average bowl of dumpling soup. I also ordered chicken and mushroom congee to take home. It contained whole pungent Japanese black mushrooms, which were delicious but a bit much. (I’d rather they were sliced, whole mushrooms are a big hit of umami.) The menu says “contains bones.” They’re not kidding about that. Sharp shards of bone and cartilage are imbedded in chunks of white and dark chicken meat. They clearly chop the chicken with a cleaver and then just put it all in the congee, shattered bones and all. This was the best tasting congee I’ve had in Bangkok but it’s also expensive at 320 baht. When I get congee at a small shop it’s typically 60 baht for a pork congee. It’s hard to find this place amongst all the shops and the poor signage. Located in the north east corner of the ground floor of Siam Paragon. Overall this was a good place to eat. If you like congee you should definitely try it. But I don’t think it’s exceptional for anything else. This meal, including the take-home congee and a small bottle of water, cost 647 baht. Expensive for what you get but this is Siam Paragon. Returned and ordered pork congee. Definitely not as good as the chicken, it was full of big chunks of pork liver. Still a step up from the small street shops. Also ordered chicken feet in black been sauce. They were ok but nothing special. The chicken congee is what I come here for.

as good as the Tasty Congee (正斗) in Hong Kong ? weekday lunch hour, we queued for 15 minutes. first visit, cautiously we ordered the classic - wonton noodle, beef stew with noodle, and my favourite steamed roll with fried dough. the wonton noodle was very crispy, the soup was original; one remark - should add a green veggie on top. the steamed roll is 120%, excellent. we finished with another classic - black sesame paste (dessert) ! certainly will come back and will try more !

Popular Chinese noodle and congee restaurant. Stir fried beef noodle, wanton soup good. BBQ pork was below expectation though - the one we had was too chewy we could eat 60-70% of it.

Feels like authentic Hong Kong cuisine on my taste buds, lots of wok hey on char kwaytiaw with tender meat, jumbo prawns on hargao, roast pork skin is thin and crunchy even though the meat is a bit dry, wanton noodle is nice and quintessentially HK style, however price is relatively steep for these simple dishes.

Famous congee and noodle shop from HK. The food is great ...as good as the original in HK. Egg noodle is super! Roasted duck and crispy pork belly are great. Dim sums are also good. (We are not fan of congee, so haven't tried that...) Service is good and fast (as Chinese place should be ) even though it was jam packed when we were there. The price is quite high, though... (Same as having lunch in HK, haha)

This restaurant lives up to its name! Congee is super tasty and reminds me of congee in Hong Kong - flavorful and just the right level of starchiness. Other dishes we ordered include fried noodle with curry powder, fried thick noodle with beef and the classic yellow noodle soup. They all taste great and authentic. There is always a queue during the weekend but service is quite fast. There are actually many other dishes we wanted to order. We will definitely come back next time.
