★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came a week ago to get a tailor made suit. Best choice I made! Great value, excellent customer service and awesome fitting. Suit was completed in the time promised. My first tailor made suit and it not only fitted perfectly but the material chosen with rhe help of the staff was so good. Would definitely recommend them and return when I'm back in Bangkok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am truly impressed by the amazing craftsmanship and professionalism of this place. The environment is very welcoming and the staff takes a no pressure approach in finding you the right suit for any occasion.
I worked with their knowledgeable salesperson Mike who gave me a breakdown of their quality and price structure which I found incredibly reasonable. They have a large selection of patterns and material that can seem overwhelming at first, but the staff is very up-to-date on the latest fashion trends so after a few questions, they'll find the right pattern for you. Every suit and shirt is very customizable from collar style to cuffs to jacket buttons.
Within less than 30 minutes I went from indecisive to absolutely confident in the style Mike helped me find. The whole process took 3 days and when I tried on the final product I couldn't have been more satisfied. Any visit to Bangkok is worth getting a finely tailored suit and I can say with confidence that Lords Tailor is the best I've experienced in terms of quality, fit, and customer service.

A kind two stars because they have cheap prices, but I'm not sure if that justifies the headache or the pollution of throwing away something that won't fit.
To be fair they do good work when you go into the store. However, online tailoring is probably different than being in a store and we are all adjusting to moving our businesses online. Some people do it better than others. This is what happened to me -
I sent an old pair of trousers to be copied and when I got them back in the mail they were the wrong color and the wrong fit. Instead of sending me samples of the fabrics for showing me a website with color accurate pictures, I got a mobile phone picture have a super dark fabric that made it look lighter than it actually was. I was refused a refund. So I sold them to a friend who's a little bit smaller than me and we both gave Lord Talor the pants with a pair of tailored pants that already fit my friend perfectly. When we got the pants back it looked as if nothing was done. Look in the pictures below. We waited over a week and wasted money on shipping and handling. This also strained my friendship.
While the shop has good workmanship and durable materials, they poorly communicated with me and always messed up my orders. In my experience, when this shop is not sure about something they wouldn't ask me for clarity - they will do what they want to do and that often resulted and back and forth mailing of a product that didn't fit and a lot of complaining on my part. Because I did business with his shop, I have a new pair of trousers that don't fit anybody that I need to throw away in the trash.
I not only lost time and money from months-long back and forth shipping and handling over five times, but I have to throw away something that shouldn't have needed to be thrown away. It's very wasteful.. Lord Tailor said they would reimburse me for shipping, but they haven't replied to my message in over a month. Looks like I got hosed.
