★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benjamas Tailor Shop advertises "Our qualified Fit Experts will ensure that your garments fit perfectly; our work is backed by Our Guarantee so you know that we care about what we do!" I paid Benjamas Tailor Shop, upfront and top dollar, to sew me two dresses, exactly the same pattern. One dress black with lining, the other dress blue with lining. The black dress was completed first. I had to go back four times for the dress to be completed to fit correctly. Benjamas Tailor Shop then sewed my second dress which was the exact pattern of the first dress they made for me. The second dress also took 4 dress fittings to get my blue dress fitted correctly. When I came for the 4th dress fitting for my second dress, they had forgot to sew the button on the back closure and the darts still puckered. I finally just took the dress with me. I did not find their workmanship to be quality nor did they stand behind their Guarantee to demonstrate to me they really care about the end product that they deliver. Why should they? I had to pay in full, up front before they even started the dresses. I will not go back to this Tailor shop nor would I recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During a weeklong visit to Bangkok I requested, among other minor alterations, custom made curtains. Despite a misunderstanding of the design, which (I believe) impacted / inflated the price quoted, the quality of the finished product was outstanding. The work was neat, absolutely flawless in fact, and I could not be more pleased upon picking up my order, which was professionally prepared and presented in a timely manner. The store, very conveniently located near the Asok BTS is on the second floor of the Times Square building, left-hand hallway all the way at the back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first impression was really good. The young tailor there is nice and friendly. So I left my dress there for alteration but only to find out when I picked up my dress that only half of the work was done. They marked on the dress the area to be altered but no work was done, and yet demanded full payment. I took my business elsewhere, and will never go back! They could not deliver what they promised to do and are very argumentative. Will never go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem tucked on away the fourth floor of Times Square. I was attended to by Puk who was very patient and understanding. I came here to tailor my wedding dress and another simpler white dress for my ceremony. I'm very satisfied with how they both turned out and she only needed about a week or so to tailor everything. The material she used for the straps isn't the best, but it does the job. The prices were also reasonable. I'd highly recommend!
