I have told the car rental company 5 hours before the rental by phone that my flight details have changed and I will only land in Bangkok at 21:00. Despite this information my rented vehicle was simply canceled. Consequence, spent one night at the airport. Never again Europcar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very nice dealing with this company, car was clean, neat and was a pleasure to drive. Just remember you won't find them inside Don Mueang airport like the other companies. Its a bit of a walk to cross the other side to the hotel using the bridge. We returned it to Suvarnabhumi Airport in the arrivals area, the lower portion just give them a call to meet you there. If you need to gas up before that, there is a gas station if you turn left in the intersection before the airport. Be looking forward to use them in my other travels, hope its as hassle free as here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ian a very high frequency traveler with many car rentals per year. I just returned a car from EUROPCAR in Phuket ( which was totally ok ), flew to Bangkok Don Muang and hold a reservation for a Nissan Almera. The first disappointing, the EUROPCAR counter is NOT !!! In the terminal building like all the other car rentals, even them write inside terminal in the website.From the domestic terminal 2 you have to walk to terminal 1, have to go up with a very small elevator, cross the very big street highway between Bangkok and Ruangsit until you reach the Amari hotel. Them only have very small counter there.
After 15 minutes search and walk, arrived there, the car l reserved was not available. Them told me the Toyota Yaris is nice and I only can have this car.
But on this trip we be 5 persons plus luggage and i specialy reserved the bigger Nissan Almera.
This is not the first time, a car is not available, but always the stations upgrade customers to a better car and not downgrade like here ( with no refunds ).
I clearly recommend to avoid this EUROPCAR location , there are better choices like National, Avis or Hertz which are only a few meters from terminal exit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use Europcar from this airport, they are NOT on the airport, and took forever to find the hotel Amari that the desk is located in. We then waited 40 minutes to collect our car, they only have one overworked member of staff. Returning the car was a joke, told to ring 15mins before but no one there so rang again and still no one came, for God's sake we had a flight to catch, eventually just left the keys on the desk upstairs in the hotel, feeling very anxious and frustrated at the useless service. All other car rental companies are on airport, plenty of choice so don't bother with these idiots.
