and their service quite good..
it is a lot more convenient to rent a car then buy a tour package to go near by cities ..
if you have plan to go to another near by cities from Bangkok .. I would recommend to rent a car ( if you can drive :D )
And National car rental is one of the must choose options .. :) :)
Currently i am waiting for deposit refund ,, since i did not do anything they prevent ,, i hope i can get my full deposit refund very soon .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never see any car rental filled tank cheating like this. After starting engine, fuel dropped from full tank. When returned, I filled same amount but they charged me for fuel (not full tank). Moreover, they did wrong documents and we had to wait for correct document more than 40 mins!. Staff had no service mind.

I was very happy with the services they provided me and I would definitely book again for my next trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to book the Full Protection Premium Service and it was very much worth the extra money for full coverage and convenient pick up/drop off. It made my rental super convenient and easy. The staff booked a time to come bring the car to my home, walked me through what I needed, then it was mine for the weekend. When I was finished, the staff called to confirm a time that they would come to pick up the car at my convenience. They came, did a quick check and drove it away. Very, very, very convenient. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to change the date of my trip. Called them and it was no problem. I also make a little scratch on the front bumper and they say it was ok when i returned the car. They also took us to the hotel after returning the car. Next time i need a car in Bangkok i will contact them again. Top service.
