★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir mieten schon seit Jahrzehnten Fahrzeuge bei Budget. Man bleibt sehr flexibel, da Internet Reservierungen auch leicht wieder storniert werden können. Preislich sind die Fahrzeugmieten auch recht günstig. Wir hatten vor einigen Jahren auch einmal einen kleinen Schaden am Fahrzeug und auch da zeigte sich Budget sehr kulant.
Für uns ist Budget der beste Autovermieter in Thailand.
We have been renting vehicles from Budget for decades. You remain very flexible, as internet reservations can easily be canceled. In terms of price, the vehicle rentals are also quite cheap. A few years ago we had a little damage to the vehicle and Budget was very accommodating there too.
For us, Budget is the best car rental company in Thailand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start.. We booked a van online. Showed up they didn't have the vehicle. Made us wait for 2 hours while they tried to find one because we had all the confirmations and reminders of our bookings. No apologies. They wanted to charge extra because we were going to use a debit card. So we switched to a debit-credit card and they said that was fine. The woman behind the counter said the extra charges were just deposits necessary to book the vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle we found out it was actually insurance which we had not agreed upon and surprise surprise they had charged us because it was not a credit card. Even though we had discussed in length that the card was OK. We had other cards so this is absolutely ridiculous. Worst car rental service I have ever experienced. Just a big scam, they don't even give you a break down of expensed until after you return the car.
