★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very remote. ASsent as a group of bikers and we were the only ones staying there. No shops or bars... or anything near by. Friendly and helpful staff with ok food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice isolated resort in the mountains. Excellent service as when there was a brief power cut they upgraded us to the best rooms (VIP) at no charge. The atmosphere is great with roaming buffalo next door and wind whistling through the trees it is cool until 11 am even in mid August. The breakfast is basic but good if you like kai kata or pan eggs but under the trees it is nice. The staff are good and keep the rooms exceptionally clean. There's a camp site and pool for peak season but basically shut down for low season. If you have your own car it's great but at least 7 kms from restaurants and markets. Recommended.
