★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice & quiet. Rooms comes with a separate bedroom in addition to a fairly large living room.
However, - the TV signals had a very poor quality and was virtually impossible to watch TV.
But the view from our room were magnificent and it was a quiet and nice place to stay.
Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast line was the saddest meal you can have on Khaoyai. Sausages and hams taste like wet paper, fruits are dead pale. 0/10.
Room was okay, had a problem with balcony locks but the mech got it fixed in 30 minutes, still not impressed as we are on 2nd floor so safety and locks should be regularly checked before the customers check in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All was modern nice , except for bathrooms which were just ok. Floors very creaky and noisey. Felt bad for people below us in the room when walking . Overall nice and good breakfast and nice views. Maybe bathrooms should be remodeled or repainted , all else was nice and modern

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location and surrounding. Large, well-appointed suite styled accommodations with large balcony. Very pleasant service.
The breakfast is very satisfactory spread. The restaurant serves tasty Thai food, which is not expensive by Khao Yai standards.
Only drawback of the resort is plumbing problems which we and other guests faced during our stay. However, the resort management tried to quickly address the issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is nice - built up as a small village with bigger and small pools - one Pool was more a pond than a Pool. Nice Restaurant offers good variation of meals and a good offer for breakfast. The whole area is very cozy. Staff is very friendly. Room was very big with separate toilet, shower, microwave and fridge in a small kitchen, dishes Boiler for hot water, free water bottles, Coffee and tee, TV in a separate room.
I gave only 2 stars for room cause the furnitures are old and extremely used, we just had once warm water for shower, the bed is too soft, the balcony had a lot of poop from birds and i felt not comfortable, walls and floor didn't look well and should be renovated at some time. From outside everything looks nice - but inside is more important. We booked for promotion price ~1500 bath, normal should be at ~ 4000 bath (agoda) - which i would never pay for that kind of room.
In all - it was ok, more or less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 2 rooms and stayed 1 night with my family. The shower heaters are not working and no international TV channels available. Room are big but beds and pillows are not comfortable. Location is not near any eateries for dinner than Grand Monte. Decent breakfast provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was very spacious. Separate bedroom and living room. Also has big bathtub. Careful the blinds though people from outside might be able to see. Good variety of food for breakfast. Has whole coconut for you to drink. Nice pool area. Has bicycle for you to ride around for free
