★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demands important sensitive documents like Passport from existing customers just to answer simple questions. Staff knowledgeable about technical matters, but I did need to show them where a persons address is on a ~Thai~ Drivers License because they couldn't find it...
This review was further edited downwards on 8-29-2018 from 3 to 2 stars to reflect a degradation in service over time. If a well known existing customer comes into your shop and says I would like to buy a phone straight cash your first response is not to demand they give you their Work Permit. Not only is it not necessary it is also inappropriate. So far this place has demanded (Not asked, demanded) my passport, work permit, drivers license and more. You are a Cell phone company not the government. You have no authority to demand such documents. They basically racially profile you and work off of the presumption that anyone who doesn't look Thai has no right to access their services without providing vast amounts of sensitive personal information that you just should not be sharing.
Further review to reflect continued service degradation:
Always harassed about my passport, its not necessary to provide them. Ignore them, asked them to update my address multiple times. When I closed my account I found out they didn't. They have a bad attitude in general. I don't even think they know what they are saying and how off putting it is to customers. The first thing they said was do you have your original passport not "How can I help you?"
They just assume you are a foreigner and are just going to fork over your passport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service, I had three different members of staff to set up an internet connection, took 40 minutes and then they gave me the wrong information. I had to make two subsequent calls to True on 1242 to get Things sorted out. Previously I have used the shops at IconSiam and Central Phuket and received excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally escaped from True internet. The shop is fine. The problem with any True service is the never ending bills when you try to cancel. You ask to pay the final balance, pay what they ask, return the router box and cables, but every month after the bills keep coming. They tell you 100-200 baht wasn't accounted for in the final bill so the 'service' ( meaning monthly bill) continues. You try paying them off again and the same happens thereafter. You end up with calls from collection agencies if you don't keep paying. Best is to never sign up for any True service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the service I received here. I bought a sim card which the staff put in my phone and set up for me. You will not get this service if you choose to purchase a sim at a 7 Eleven..Also, there is a lovely coffee shop at this place. Very reasonably priced.
