★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same remark as Christophe Berloty, the process is CRAZILY COMPLICATED to apply for a FRENCH visa for my Thai wife, this is a COMPLETE NON-SENSE TO GO THROUGH !!!!!
We first need to fill an extensive demand through france-visas.gouv.fr THEN make an appointment with TLScontact THEN gather 1,000 documents to get the visa THEN we need to wait ONE WHOLE MONTH to get the appointment THEN we need to pay 4,157 BATHS to go through this hell without ANY HELP ?????!!!
And why do we need to pay for visa fee and service on top of all that ???!!! SHAME on the French Embassy for having its citizens dealing through such a shady, stupid, complicated & expensive process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to get someone to help for a french visa. Why do we have to pay on top to request a visa. Normaly we should be able to make it by ourselfe if it's done properly by the administration. Shame to the French Ambassy which has not been able to make a user freindly visa application form. That explain why France has 14 years deficit in a row if every thing is like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give zero stars i would. Dont bother with premium lounge its not worth it unless you want to waste money. While the teller was friendly and tried to help the place was disorganised and as a result hours were lost. Time is not respected and extra hidden fees on weekends... 1700 bt. Im sure the staff are knowledgeable for Thai applicants but for everyone else good luck...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TLS service was excellent, I would just suggest they look into the security of the courier postal system, My wifes passport was couriered back to her and she was told she would have to prove her identity and show papers to receive the document. The passport was delivered to her by the condominium secruity gaurd, no identification required, Although this was ok we wondered what would happen if at some point the passport was lost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to TLSCONTACT center for Portugal application visa I was very appreciated of their service.The person who received and checked all my documents give me very good information and he is very polite nice manner and very professional.Next is to print my fingers the lady who work at this section also nice and polite. Everything is great i was impressed.

Although they previously confirmed that my documents was no defect. They was failed to check a required documents completely, resulting me a rejection.
None of any support after a rejection… not just a little bit of discount or fast track for re-submission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist was not helpful and aggressive. But the staffs and janitor inside are extremely nice and informative.
Process was slow and had 10+ people wait outside sitting on the cold floor for 30 mins even though they bought the lounge services.
