★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and disorganised. Applied for multiple entry tourist Schengen visa and received a single entry visa valid for 6 days instead of the standard 90 day visa. Asked for more documents than required. Extremely slow, not enough staff, not recommended.

Her face and tone of voice doesn't suit for service job at all. She should work only on the back side.

0 Star for BLS
Did nothing except for taking money. Didn’t review documents, didn't tell customers what document they should submit or what is unnecessary. Unclear information on website. Their job, which is just TAKE OR RETURN documents that they don't need to customers FAIL COMPLETELY.

And before took a day off from work to drive 160 km from Hua Hin only for this appointment?! Extremely negligent and disrespectful of other peoples time and money...
