★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here for Health Certificate and parasite treatment before the flight. Vet officer at Animal Control in Airport turn down my Health Certificate, because they give me the wrong treatment for my pet. It should be against tick and flea, and they give medicine against flea without tick. So I spent extra money for taxi and new Health Certificate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of care here is without a doubt top notch. As is the price. We brought or puppy in thinking he had a skin allergy or insect bite and learned that he was critically ill with a life threatening blood infection. The team of doctors and nurses instantly went to work on him and 5 days later he went back home, and is making a great recovery. During this time we rented the large VIP room, which is like a deluxe hotel room. The equipment is state of the art and the staff is highly skilled. This all does come at a high price, but have never felt the price didn't match the quality and skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware that they are deceptive regarding microchips. They vaguely say that your pet is in the system and can be found. What they mean is your pet is in their system and nobody besides Thonglor Pet Hospital employees will find your pet. If your pet is lost, every other hospital, clinic, shelter, etc will not find your pet. They can't give you any information for you to verify yourself that your pet's microchip exists in any database in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was great but costly especially if you are not a local. Only had blood work and it was over 100 USD and only good for 2 weeks if you want have teeth cleaning. Which no price could be given to me until treatment has been completed. When I asked for an idea about 10000 bahts.
