★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just okay. There is a genuine lack of communication (between vets and client,) disorganized, and opinion based (too many “vets” with contradicting knowledge, opinions and judgement.) I would recommend for regular check ups etc but not for emergencies or for a pet you are actually worried about. Boarding is okay, again, for a pet you aren’t worried about or is not in critical condition as some animals are very obviously neglected. The assistants are great with animals and always make your pet feel more comfortable, no complaints about that. There are just far too many shift changes which cause confusion and complications.

There is one lady receptionist that is rude sometime
But the guys receiving our dogs and cats really love animals and it shows.
The younger vets seem more confused the older ones are very reliable and knowledgeable.

I was impressed from the first time because the staff was very kind and friendly. There is a vet who can talk to me in English. Yeontan suffers from lithiasis. very good vet After that, when Yeontan recovered, I took a shower and cut his hair. Very good, smells clean.

As my cat is a bit anger but they are most welcome and they do their job good (shave my cat and shower her in properly way).
The veterinarians are being nice and they have knowledge enough about your pets.
The staff is being nice as well and can give the details of the pet's products good.
Price is not that expensive. Its worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vets and staff took good care of my sick cat who was there for a week. They all seem caring and have genuine love for animals. Great facilities with flexible visiting hours (open 24/7). Reasonable pricing compared to other pet hospitals in Thonglor area. Recommended!
