Condo located in good location, about 10-15 minutes from the BTS. Located next to BigC is quite convenient. But the condo is quite old And the swimming pool at the deck is quite small

Phahon Yothin and Lat Phrao (more or less 500 m), the guard is nice, the apartment building is minimalist but have spacious room and complete appliances with a good view of Lat Phrao rd, fitness room on top with swimming pool and nice view around, exactly next to big c extra, not far from cp shops, sevel, union mall, and central Lat Phrao mall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended place to stay in Lat Phrao. We rented a room from Krittinee. It's large enough for five persons. The host kindly provided us with drinking water, household appliances like fridge, microwave, washing machine, and water boiler. Iron, hair dryer, television, even button-thread-needle are available. Clean towels and toiletries are there, too, so you don't need to bring all of those things in your carrier. The owner of the room we stayed at is helpful and easily reached through WhatsApp. By the way, there is no curfew in this condo, so you can get back at anytime you want. One more good thing is about the location. It's quite strategic since you can go either to Lat Phrao or Phahon Yothin MRT station for about 8-minute walking. For shopping, there are Seven Eleven and Big-C supermarket to go to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A spacious nice place to live with enjoy open greenish view with Club House facility. Next to Big C & Home Pro, walking distance to Central Plaza Ladprao & MRT subway. Living is easy, happy and convenience !
