If you have no choice to live in Bangkok it can be a good place to stay. Otherwise, and specialy with the covid , you can get a 120 sqm appartment in Hua hin or Pattaya for 15000 baths a month. As renting price at these locations has fallen.
Here you will pay a minimum of 20000 baths for 40 sqm.
What i like:
Good maintenance
Good security
Big parking
Nice view from high floor on park side( but start to be not so nice as before because of new constructions)
Nice gym and nice pool ( pool is very cold from november to march as there is no sun at all )
5 mn from Central store with taxi or car.
What i don’t like:
Expensive for so small condo.
Queen size bed with low quality mattress.
When you pass by an agent, don’t expect to see the owner. When you have problems in the condo you need to insist a lot for they come and repair. The door and toilet are electronic system. With boths we got problems..and apparently it happened to many peoples.
Staying at the high floor is nice for the view. But both of us got ears problems because of the quick speed of the lifts.
Many constructions around the Line. The pollutions is important. If you use the air con you need to clean it every 3 months or it start to be smelly. You can see the outside compressor getting full of dust after only one month.
It is very noisy. Don’t expect to keep the windows open. ( BTS , Motorways , Phahonyothin rd )
If you want a decent restaurant, there is nothing around. You need to go to Central store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful condominium close to bts and mrt .easy to access. New exit of bts gate is in front of the condominium main gate. Small function room for a small meeting with digital tv that can connect to notebooks or mobile phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved in. The facilities are very nice. Especially the gym. The pool is good just a little cold. The connection to BTS and MRT is very good. Also has a 7/11 directly in front of the door.

From this side, the sun is always hidden but light is okay.
Stay here during almost 3 years : sound of BTS not bad from my point of view.
Condo is really nice with snooker, great gymroom, and a very big pool but water not very hot.
Just to know it's really expensive for the size of flat.
