★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is very expensive for what you expect. Buffet breakfast was same everyday- not good. The room was well laid out with a glimpse of the beach. The staff were really helpful and joined in with my silly jokes. I love this place and will stay in the next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I've been here 1 night so far, THE ROOMS ARE DARK even with all the lights on and the curtains open because the walls are painted a dark grey and the furniture is dark brown.
THERE IS NO SOUND PROOFING so I can hear all the bars in the surrounding area which close at about 0300. I can hear the water pumps in the building and everytime some walks down the corridor and opens a door upstairs and diwnstairs.
THE BED IS SO HARD I feel like the floor may be more comfortable.
The mini fridge does cool very well after a full 12 hours my small can of beer is just below room temperature.
THE AIRCON IS SO LOUD I had to turn it off to try and sleep which doesn't bother me that much, the fan seems to be permanently stuck on full even if you try change it on the remote the fan speed doesn't change. My friend who is an aircon technician tells me all the filters are block on the aircon and his room has a very nasty smell coming for his aircon.
THE HOTEL IS VERY HARD TO FIND we drove past it in the taxi and had to walk all the way down soi 8 asking several hotels if they knew where it was but they were no help
Hopefully tonight I'll be so drunk that none of this will bother me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to give key back to reception each time you go out but they did ensure your room was cleaned as soon as you left. Room was clean apart from some mound under the sink surround and some gunk on the shower head. Staff are honest, very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel for the price. Great location less than 5 mins to the beach. The hotel is surrounded by bars and night life activities so I don't recommend it for children. Clean an spacious rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend stayed here and was given the 5th floor with the elevator not working. They said it would be a month before being fixed. The hotel would not make accommodations, it let him find another hotel. He left. He also was having knee and back issues, but it didn't matter to management. Too bad, cool rooms.

Nice huge bathroom and rain shower
We booked online with Hotelscom and I have the confirmation number to show the front desk from my email but he refuse to give us a room because it hasn't came thru the hotel system. He made us wait like 20 mins. Horrible to have customers wait while I have proof of booking. He could've given us the room key and fill out the info later when it hits his system. They need more hotel accommodations training.
If you drive then parking sucks ass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is old but room is newly renovated. Lift and walkway to hotel rooms gives an eerie feeling. Room is big and spacious. Staff service is average. You are required to leave the room key to front staff when going out and collect it during your return. In fact during my stay, only one lady staff remember my face. There was once a new staff passed the key to me without any verification, I wonder if anyone can access to my room easily...
Definitely not worth the price I paid for. Well, everything in Pattaya is expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed almost a month for a second time here and I was surprised the owner still did not fix the hotel side walk... if it rain you are stuck! Terribly over price for it’s view, comfort and faculties but the only thing it’s got going for it is a lovely staff. No visible sign outside to tell you where the hotel is hidden and easy to miss. Rooms are lovely but the sound proofing is terrible, prepare to sleep hearing the aircon, the tv noise the neighbours as well as every bar speaker within 2 soi each direction. No pool or gym card to go somewhere else and no cancelations. Stay at your own risk. You can see on my face how restless I am in the photo!
