★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cheapest way to get there is to take the 166 blue aircon bus in Victory Monument bus stop for only 22baht. It will take the expressway so the journey is around 30minutes.
I went there to renew my non-B visa and our school HR booked me online. It took only 15minutes for me to get a new stamp. I went directly to N1-45 Counter at 1pm and DONE ✅ in a flash. The visa is still 1900.00baht for one year.
I actually arrived more than two hours early so I used my time strolling in the ground floor wherein ALL, I mean all sorts of shops you can find not forgetting 7-Eleven and banks, as well. (5 April 2021)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very big place with not near enough parking space! However, the staffs and government officers there are very helpful with your paperwork procedures. Man they work overtime every time I’ve been there. So overall, it’s a 4/5 for me. The staffs are definitely given 5/5. The greatest downfall is the parking space and horrifying traffic jams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for a 30 day extension for my 60 days tourist visa. The processing of the application was very fast.
Some things you have to consider:
1. You need the passports and you visa copies in the original passport size. I scanned it in initially with my phone and printed it in full a4 size. This was not accepted. But there is a copy store in the building where you can copy for 2 Baht per Page
2. you should wear some decent clothes. For example some people got reject because the wore sandals and shorts. I had normal shoes and a shirt on that was fine.
3. During lunch (from 12 to 1Pm) the whole office is on break. So you have to wait for one additional hour when you come before lunch time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty painless process. Far. Lots of people are giving negative review and making this process sound soo difficult but it was relatively easy. Just print your documents at your hotel and on the first floor near gate 3 you can find photo shops for your small printed picture of yourself, they also print documents if you would like to print them there as well. I just queued up at immigration for my visa extension and had all my documents ready

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently (12 Jan 2022), extensions for TR and STV tourist visas are done here. Line up outside to fill a COVOD-19 risk assessment form. An official will read it and decide if you need an ATK test. The free ATK test is done outside, right of the entrance. Receive stamp on the risk assessment. Take a photo of the risk assessment and negative ATK cassette. Go inside. Immigration is on the right as you enter. Thru the mask/temperature check gate, collect a queue ticket at the front desk (they will check that you have the documents ready). Tourist visas are Counter J. When your number is called, present:
- Filled TM.7 form
- Photocopy of passport bio page
- Photocopy of passport visa page
- Photocopy of departure card TM.6
- Passport-size photograph
- 1,900 THB fee (for TR visa extension)
You will be asked to sign all of the photocopies. You will be given two additional forms to complete: STM.2 and acknowledgement of overstay rules/penalties. If you provide an overseas phone number, you will be asked for a local one.
There is a shopping mall downstairs with copy/photo shops and ATMs if required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Government complex well known to foreigners who need to extend their stay in Thailand. The process always works quite smoothly despite the great mass of people.
The building is huge, modern, bright at all floors except perhaps the lowest, with many restaurants, cafes, shops and grocery stores at the lowest floor. Bathrooms are not always clean and they are always really smelly — here there is much room for improvement.
