★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good value for money. They location was great for us, close to the BTS and you can get a taxi in seconds to wherever you need to go. Nice kitchen, you have to ask for the utensils but that's not a problem. Really nice people and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Spa and Pool was nice but the hot tub was broken and dirty. One day they entered or room when we had the do not disturb sign hung. Every morning we woke up with bites on us somewhere. We also had to switch rooms because the tub/shower had a leak in the first one. When we had the front desk call us a cab the driver didn’t even get out. After the first toll the driver tried to rob us. He pulled over on the side of the freeway and started screaming in Thai (which we couldn’t understand) and the few English words we could put together were him accusing us of taking his money. He refused to finish taking us to the airport and we couldn’t even get out of the car. When we finally got him to drive to airport he refused to give us our bags at the airport. I asked the security guard for help and he waved me away and went and spoke with driver. As soon as I said I’m going to get the police he gave us our bags. And now we are sitting at police station at airport. So I think it’s safe to say we won’t be staying here again.

The management charges you dumb a/c fee apart from the electricity fee. I ended up paying more than 3,000THB per month only for a/c even though I used ac only at night time after work.
And even this ‘expensive a/c’ is not getting cold properly. It happens min 3 times per week. With the broken a/c, the indoor temperature raise to 32 degree during night time to the next morning.
What the managements do? They just restart the central system and don’t investigate/fix the route problem at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros - if you book the executive 2 bedroom it’s a big room 2 x king beds
Cons - they gave me the wrong room a small standard 2 bedroom 1 king bed n 1 single bed, which they fixed the next day after I complained but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
Air conditioning very noisy hard to sleep with it running.
Water pressure unstable also 1 shower no hot water n the other no cold water.
Location is far from the action CBD shopping nana plaza etc is about 3.5km away.
Overall decent experience 5/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasant stay at my apartments, Me and my husband stay there for 1 year at first and extended another 1 year in total of 2 years. We planed to stay there for more longer but due to covid situations and the economic change and we need to fly back into our country.
This apartments have massive rooms and the price is too cheap. Good Kitchen and the most advantage was the Elite Fitness gym membership in the 10th floor. If we comeback to Thailand again we definitely want to stay there again.
