 The apartment where I lived in 2003 for half a year. The room is nice, but because it is soi back, I was often attacked by wild dogs. It's a big deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in a quiet soi. Good building security. Visitors have to leave an ID with the reception in order to enter the lift lobby. Room size is small i.e 100-150 sq ft (including the balcony). Furnishing are old. Have on-site laundry. Rent approx 6,000 baht/mth. Cheaper for long term contract.
