★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst pet care service I have experienced so far here in Thailand and I have had many many pets all my life.
Mostly being the vet themselves. The one I had the misfortune to experience was calous, unwilling to provide any information about what is being done to my pet, spoke to customer with her back turned and when she did spoke it was very condescending and calous.
One star because you can't give 0 star and support staffs were ok.
Stay away if you care about your pet and your wallet!!

They are very fast with multiple rooms, and as I don't love taking my cats to the damn vet, I appreciate their speed.
They also are inexpensive---not the food and toys on sale outside--for the treatment. (4 kittens and 1 cat for Leukemia innoculation, first innoculation for kittens, and ultrasound for mom was 1,300 Baht).
Also, they will answer questions if you call (they helped us a lot with a flea infestation in our kittens that just sucked).
Also, they have good parking for Bangkok...and you can park in front of the Motorcycle shop as they share te parking.
