The doctors and staff are kind and welcoming, never minding how to go. Everyone has no attitude to see. The price is acceptable with both treatment services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to edit my original review of this vets as they did not spot my old dogs heart murmur (even though he had additional symptoms: breathing difficulty, coughing, poor appetite, inability to exercise). An x-ray showed he had an enlarged heart and given his other symptoms this should have raised a huge red flag that something was seriously wrong. They misdiagnosed him and said he had throat inflammation and then a reverse sneeze. Eventually I took him to Thonglor animal hospital late one evening as he couldn't breathe and they saved his life. They correctly diagnosed him. Petto vets could have killed my dog with their poor training and skills. I would not recommend this vets for anything other than annual vaccinations and minor ailments.
