★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get there a long-tail boat tour inside the canals of Bangkok for 90 or 120 min (1500 to 2000 bath). A must do in Bangkok ! Look for the Komodos on the sides; impressive !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient and cheap. Boats don't have to deal with the insane Bangkok traffic, so if your destination is near the river, this is usually a faster means of transportation than taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is two kinds of boat here. The orange flag boat and the blue flag boat. The orange flag boat cheaper than the blue boat. You can use this boat to go around bangkok and visiting several places. The pier also connected to MRT station and not so far from the street. You can continue using bus or online taxi. Tuk tuk it another choice, but the fair is very high, if you compare to taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to have a go on these river buses if in Bangkok. Super cheap. See the sights. We went up river for about an hour for 15 bhat each (less than 50 pence). Sun was setting, bit busy at first (rush hour ?) but soon got a seat. Thoroughly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very fun experience to tour around Bangkok via boat. The boats come in quite often, and it feels like an adventure. The staff bring their small-medium size boat by, tie it for a moment so passengers can get on board (I witnessed some people jump on board), and then go off to the next destination. It's very fun and a great experience.
