It is a tough market just now but they found me a tanant and so succeeded where others didn't.... Would highly recommend and again thanks to Steve and his team...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in to this location on the recommendation of a friend. Talked to Mr. Kevin. Described what I was looking for and he said he had just the thing for me. He took me to a Pratumnak condo. I had asked for a high floor. he showed me a 3rd floor room. I asked for a quiet room. The floor had neighbors with doors propped open and the condo balcony was over looking a residential neighborhood - all houses had pools some with children playing in them. This fellow claimed he knew his "inventory". I told him this is not what I'm looking for and again described what I wanted and my budget which was not small 15k plus. Never heard from him again. Seems if it takes any work to find a condo for you or you seem like a small fry customer Kevin could care less. I gave him all my info and exact criteria, never heard from him again. Not even to say he coudln't find anything for me. Zero stars if I could. If you are not a big money customer I guess at least Kevin at PBRE could care less to provide you service. I moved on and found an agency that really cares about customer service.
