Could have become my regular coffee place for some casual work on the notebook, but the owner penalizes his customers for electricity use (FYI, electricity costs are 25 satang/hour for a notebook computer).
Sad, but "this is Pattaya", where not everything makes sense! ?

What I got served can't get more than 2 stars.
Double price from normal coffee and half the strength. Did they water it out to make more money or is this the way it's supposed to be?
I suspect the first as I tried a frappe made on normal coffee too, and not much coffee taste compared to anywhere I tried here.
Sorry, coffee should taste coffee...
