★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DISHONEST MERCHANT - BE WARNED ! In November I bought two terra cota pots from Paul's Antiques. Upon purchase, the merchant estimated shipping costs but a week later she confirmed that shipping costs were close to twice the initial quoted amount, nearly doubling the price of the pots. I asked to be reimbursed and since then merchant has been making excuse after excuse and not refunding my AmEx. Only when i threatened to take further action did she finally refund my AmEx but unilaterally decided to take a 20% cut of the purchase amount! Deceiving and honest business practice! PS Would have given zero stars but then review won't post!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a custom jewelry workbench made by the carpenters at Paul's Antiques, and I was really pleased with how it came out. I've also had some furniture restored in-house and they did a great job. For once I got exactly what I wanted and was able to communicate ideas and design without any language issues or misunderstandings. I will be back for sure.

I have known Angela for several years now and there is nothing she cannot do. I have had a bed made from my own design, she has repaired broken chair backs, and I have bought a countless number of antiques articles & furniture from her. This is a real treasure of a place. Check it out, you will not be dissappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul Antiques is indeed a treasure trove I accidentally stumbled upon on my arrival into this exuberant city . Angela, the owner and now a good friend of mine, has a lovely curated collection of furniture and artifacts . Most of the pieces in the shop are one of a kind and and she is very flexible to personalize them as per her customers requirements . We had customized our bar cabinet from an antique English credenza and it turned out as the most cherished piece of our new home here. Her dedication and passion is quiet obvious after ones first visit to this space!!

I have purchased and shipped several items small and very large to other countries and Angela has been there the whole way making sure that the items were properly prepared, packed and placed with the shipping company! I have some showstoppers in my home all thanks to the wonderful service and unique items available at Paul's Antiques! She also has great contacts and resources to even help you locate specific items! Thanks Angela!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a lovely pair of bronze figurines from Paul’s Antiques when I was in Bangkok. Angella is lovely and was exceptionally helpful in assisting me to research up on ancient Myanmar designs and motifs in relation to the pieces I was purchasing. The shop is amazing, and well worth the visit, it’s the sort of place you can get lost in for hours before finding that all illusive treasure. Of the 30+ antique stores I rifled through in Thailand, Paul’s Antiques was without a doubt a highlight and I look forward to shopping there again.
