I spent more than 1hour in the shop and Boss are very patient and helpful in providing me more information about the history and background of the singing bowl and statue ~ Ganesha.
Highly recommended !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nepal Arts Gallery is a wonderful shop located in Amarin Plaza, on the 3rd floor, Thai Craft Soi 3, and has some of the best handcrafted sculptures and singing bowls from Nepal and Tibet, at retail and wholesale prices.
The store also offers silks, scarfs and books as well.
The shop owner, Bharat Shrestha, gave me a brief history of several pieces and offered several suggestions on pieces to add to my growing collection.
This knowledgeable merchant has two other shops in Central World, 3rd floor and in The Market Bangkok, which I plan on visiting before my departure from the Land of Smiles. It was a real treat purchasing merchandise from Mr. Shrestha, because the piece I bought will create envy and appreciation from the beauty they will bring to my collection.

I bought a red cashmere poncho for my mother in Australia, when my girlfriend felt just how soft and amazing the poncho was, she was bugging me to return and buy her one aswell.
I decided to pick up a medium sized singing bowl at the same time.
If your in Thailand do yourselves a favour and just vist. But take a camera you see some amazing things. The place is lovely and has a very friendly feel. You will not be disappointed.
