This is the start/end of the line to or from Pratu Nam. Get off at Pratu Nam and wait there on the same side that you disembark for the canal boat to Sriwatboonreung which is the end of the line. End to end is 19B.

This is the start of the most exciting boat ride in Bangkok, maybe even in the entire world. Prepare with wrap around goggles, ear defenders, 20 baht in assorted coins, and try to avoid the 200 baht day pass option. Try not to worry about anything and try not to pay undue attention to what your nose is telling you. It is a great way to get to a bunch of places, with no traffic jams, no hassle, and a different view of the city. One day the Bangkok canals will be clean. But not today, and not for a while.

Really cool! Boat ride is a good way you can skip from the road traffic , cheapest way you can transport yourself from here to Pratunam ( 11 baht per person) compare at least 180 to 250 baht to the tuk tuk or taxi. Just need to climbing in and out from the boat , must be alert to the splashing water from the river. If you don’t have much things to carry with you, I think this is really fun .

Terminus of the Phanfa - Water Gate Klong Taxi. Started my journey at the Hua Chang Bridge Pier. Ride was comfortable, quick, and so much easier than trying to hail a corrupt taxi from the same area. Canal smells pretty foul though. Guess that's what happens with no planning, infrastructure, or enforcement. Tuktuk drivers outside the pier were also reasonable. But I probably should have bargained harder.

Canal taxis are a good choice for beating the traffic in Bangkok. These are fast aand have seats but be careful of being wet by the water of the canal and has a smell that you will never know. Also be careful while getting on and off as these dont stop much at tge stops.
