- Nearly 30min to get served without any attention from the staff (why didn't they give me updates while seeing my table empty)
- vegetables and mash potatoes were just out of the fridge, served directly cold.
Will never come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Slow cooking. Not serving as queue. Must asking for chopsticks and spoon after food arrived take them 5 mins for chopsticks. Bravo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Healthy aromatic grilled meals. Just real quality dinning. Top notch you can't go wrong with this franchise from Japan. Free green tea and high chairs are available, kids dishes and wheelchair accessible. Makes you feel like you are in Japan. Highly recommended grilled fish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally quality Japanese food, but this location was not up to par. Food arrived over cooked and cold. Partial meal returned to the kitchen and when it came out again it was the wrong food. Poor performance from today’s kitchen staff and front of house not much better. Not a nice visit. Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food took around 30 mins to come out and when it did, it didn't look right and the chicken/egg were burnt. My partner didn't even get their order until 45 mins passed and their noodles were undercooked and gross.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is rubbish. Tried same restaurant in Japan and Hong Kong and they are excellent. This one sxxks. Ordered food at 11:32 and nothing comes when I left at 12:03. People came at around the same time have almost finished their meals. Asked the staff multiple times when the food will be ready, their answer is "sorry" all the time.
