★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't try to get any service there unless you did the visa there in the first place which your company needs to have 30 million THB registered capital or BIO status.
Nice to know that probably most of us are only 2nd class business visa holders :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supposed to manage 30 day visa extensions, but they can't do it. Misdirected me to New Immigration building in Muang Thong Thani (25 minute drive)
Muang Thong Thani couldn't do a 30 day extension, they directed me to go somewhere else (15 minutes away)
Such a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should improve service quality. Take long time to complete the visa /7 hours. Officer did not give clear explanation. It is too complicated for foreigner to understand Thai procedure. So, they should use agent to save the time and to avoid headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero I would. Not fit for purpose. Facility too small. Understaffed. Crowded and lack of seating or agents hogging multiple seats with no control from staff. Ridiculous reams of paperwork required, even for a renewal for the same company you worked years for. Only way you might get a visa in 3 hours is if you are first in the queue. Last time for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immensely grateful to the BOI ~ The Thailand Immigration requires an alien to travel back to home country to change visa category. However, the SMART Visa and the OSOS Visa team are proactively talking to Immigration to change my visa to Business category without me having to travel back during the pandemic.
In fact I received visa application and work permit applications in my condominium’s mailbox, a BOI staff filled a few applications in Thai for me, and received an email last night from the SMART Visa team with the instructions on changing the visa category.
This is most probably getting possible without me having to make a visa run or cancel my last trip to Phuket. Deeply touched by the Thai government agencies’ prompt support! Just another reason why I am keen on growing MedEx from Bangkok! Kudos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You CAN NOT do 90 days reports as tourist or on education visa , its in muang thong thani.
And as a guy wear LONG pants, else you are not allowed in. (Treat government buildings like you would enter the palace )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrong office for 30 days normal tourist visa extension. This has moved to IT Square Laksi Plaza…see attached notice I was given. Helpful staff in redirecting me to the right place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can not extend your 30 day visa here; head over to IT Square in Laksi for that. If you’re looking to extend your 60 day pre-visa, you can only do that at the government complex building B in Chaengwattana. If you’re staying outside of Bangkok, your extension needs to be applied for in the province you are staying in.
