★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Peng Chiang restaurant does offer good steamed chicken dipped with Chinese wine, good prawn cake and fish soup with potatoes. These are few of the dishes I recommend when dining in this restaurant. There is an insufficient parking space and do not expect fancy decor both outside and inside the restaurant. It is a neighbourhood restaurant.
