★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel like having real homemade hainan chicken rice ?. Chewing juicy chicken topping with tasty fermented soy bean paste with Chilli and ginger in your mouth is something you don’t want to miss. Recommend to call and book the chicken before going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally I got to taste the famous hainaess chicken rice. Being a hainanese Thai myself, I think this place nailed it! This is the style we eat. The meat itself is juicy and flavorful. Slightly on a chewy side but it is the style. The sauce is so delicious ? I substituted cucumber with raw okra. Worked out well :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mind you - advanced booking required. Placed an order for a 400-baht set (which comes with two servings of the rice). No additional orders at restaurant possible. Told that hot kitchen menus limited - probably too busy with just the chicken. :) Anyway also had the vermicelli dish. Quite good.
