The guys here aren't pushy like the other places. They take your time and get it done right.

Bangkok has hundreds of tailors to choose from, which can be overwhelming. I had read so many positive reviews about New Armani, which gave me confidence, so I decided to give it a try. New Armani was the BEST shopping experience I have ever had! From the moment we walked in, James took great care of me--kind, warm, friendly, but most importantly SO knowledgeable and professional. From the quality of the fabric to the color combinations, to the style, James knew exactly what would look best on me, and within minutes we had 3 suits and 6 shirts picked out. Then, it was onto the measuring. James and his staff could not be more efficient and effective in carrying out this task. The very next day, I had my first fitting and James paid attention to all the smallest details that make for the highest quality clothing--from the buttons to the collar to the measurements--he knew exactly what to tweak and change to maximize the look of the clothes. I was so impressed with the fitting that I decided to add a sports jacket and 3 more shirts since I knew I was in such good hands with James and his crew. At the final fitting, the clothes looked great and fit my body PERFECTLY! The inner linings, stitching, monogrammed sleeves--all of it amazing. These are the nicest clothes I have ever owned, and the whole experience of buying "bespoke suits" was second to none. If you are looking for A+ service, A+ professionalism, and A+ quality, New Armani will NOT disappoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled upon this great shop walking down Sukhumvit Road, and I can safely say it was one of the luckiest moments I’ve had in Bangkok. Consummate professionals, excellent quality materials and stellar tailoring. A quick turnaround, too!
The expert suggestions they made to make my perfect suits and shirts did not go unnoticed - and the little details really demonstrate their commitment to providing the best customer experience possible.
In short, I’m glad that they’ll keep my measurements, because I’ll be back - and I wish Google allowed for six star reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met James already in Germany when he was traveling to his customers and friends took me with them to meet him. The first suit and shirts were already great, so I decided to get another one when my wedding was due.
As you can see the result is excellent and flying to Bangkok was totally worth it. James and his team are great. We had the first session the day we arrived in the evening and another two sessions on the third and the forth day to make my suits and my shirts fit exactly to my shape.
Each time the team took the time necessary to deliver the best results even if it meant to work longer hours than the normal opening time. Thank you so much for your great work.
We spend some more days in Thailand an the suits was in the end earlier in Germany than us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got 4 suits and 3 shirts made here, go here, don't hesitate. I shopped around and other places tried to upsell me and give me a whole song and dance. James was very direct, didn't try to upsell me, offered a fair price and made choosing fabrics and colors easy. The suits and shirts fit me like a glove and look great. His staff was professional and courteous. 10/10 will shop again.
