★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not just that they are incompetent at shirt making, or that the shirts turned out looking worse than something from the mall, or that they were somewhat less than honest when claiming that mother of pearl buttons aren't available in Bangkok. It is that they don't seem to really care about making quality shirts at all. It is astounding to me that I had to explain what a split yoke was to them, three times, and yet only one of my shirts had (an approximation) of it.
If you don't care about these details then I recommend just getting a cheap shirt at the mall. Believe me, people (yes, even many pretty young women) do notice these details (or lack thereof).
I'm giving them two stars just because the trousers seem to be ok. If the shirts were any worse I would have disputed the charges on my card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Narry tailors based on my friends recommendation last week and was very happy with their garments! I saw their impressive website and tripadvisor reviews before making an appointment with them. Chad was very responsive and confirmed my appointment within that day. They even offered a free pick up service with no obligations. When I got to the store i did not feel pressured at all. They walked me around their showroom and talked me through all the fabrics. I ended up making 3 suits, 3 extra pants and 6 shirts. The fit and quality were great! The service through out was impeccable and I was very impressed. I will definitely make more garments with these guys when Im back in Thailand again! Thank you Chad and narry team see you all again in the near future! :)

I went to many shop before I visited this shop. They were very patient and polite. They walk me through all the fabrics and explained everything good with detail. The price was also quite reasonable and they made package deals and my family the fitting process is very quick and they listen to all of my changes and comments. The final day evening fit perfectly they also kindly deliver it to my hotel so I did not have to go to their shop to pick it up on the last day thank you all. See you in future when I come to Thailand again??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was traveling with my friends and we all had heard about tailoring in Bangkok. We did thorough research and came across Narry's. Decided to give them a try and we highly recommend them! We got 13 shirts made for 3 different people and they were delivered to our hotel in 48 hours. The quality and fit are excellent. Great service and great workmanship. Fantastic experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend this tailor. All shirts I ordered had too tight sleeves and I stopped wearing them after two weeks. The quality of the fabric for shirts is very basic and after a few laundries the shirts look like recycled table cloth ... and I did not buy the cheapest fabric.
The sales person is impertinent and wants to rush to to make a decision and fittings are a constant battle with the sales guy.
Don't be misguided by their fancy looking website: this is small, unorganized workshop serving tourist they will never see again. Locals and Bangkok expats go to other tailors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went looking to get a pair of pants and a safari jacket made for me. Mr Nath was friendly and welcoming. Because I came with only a few days before leaving and my order was more complicated than a standard jacket, I was unable to get the fittings that I had expected.
In saying that, my clothes could not fit me better. Mr Nath was also kind enough to personally drop off my jacket to my hotel the night before I left. I will be glad to return for some more clothes in a few months! Many thanks to Mr Nath!
