★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used Fashion Galleria for more than 8 years after getting recommendations from a number of people in the office. They may not be as cheap as some of the "tourist" tailors, but I find the quality excellent and work shirts last me 2 to 3 years compared to just 6 months from some of the cheaper places. Ben is also a perfectionist. I went to pick up my custom tuxedo on a Friday evening for use at a dinner on Saturday. It looked great to me, but Ben felt it didn't hang perfectly at the back. So, he got it fixed overnight and couriered the 30km to my house the next morning at no extra cost. Eight plus years of great service! Highly recommended.

Let me save you the time and hassle of shopping around. I visited Bangkok in search of a tailor made suit and after browsing close to 10 other tailors suggested by Google, none of them came CLOSE to Fashion Galleria in terms of product as well as (more importantly) customer service. Ben, Charlie and the rest of the team are as personable as it gets and are clearly very experienced. They made the experience amazing from choosing my colours and materials, to having a fitting the next day, to having them send my suit in the mail back to Canada. I'm ecstatic with the purchase and will definitely be ordering more pieces online in future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harry and the team were able to pull together a wonderfully crafted summer blazer for a wedding I was attending on just two days notice. Charlie was even able to drop off the final product at my flat because I lived on the other side of town! The level of service and attention to detail were top-notch, and I will definitely visit again. Definitely check out Fashion Galleria if you are in Bangkok!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whether you're traveling to Bangkok on a trip or are a permanent resident of the city, this is the place to go for custom made suits! The location of the shop, especially for people staying in hotels near the Chao Phraya, is extremely convenient and easy to get to. The intimidating process of choosing suitable materials, cloths, and getting your measurements taken is made a breeze when Ben and the other staff are there to guide you. They are extremely patient in understanding your preferences and needs and will make excellent suggestions. The shopowners were even kind enough to come all the way to my house for the second fitting since I was a little busy for a few days. The only thing better than the service was the final product! I have tried a number of suit shops in Bangkok having stayed in the city for 19 years and have experienced a variety issues from rough cloth to stitches that come out easily but I’m happy to report that the suits at the Fashion Galleria suffer from no such issues. The second I put on my jacket, it was extremely comfortable, fit perfectly and looked very well made. Although there are cheaper shops out there, the price is extremely reasonable for what you get, and you know that this is an outfit that will last you for a while. I have now become a loyal customer to Fashion Galleria and from business suits to graduation outfits, they have been my source of all formal outfits!

During my original visit with Fashion Galleria, I brought a tailored well-fitting pair of slacks purchased from a US retailer. Fashion Galleria was able to make new pants to the specification of these pants. I now have many pairs of these custom pants. Items always arrive quickly even with international shipping. Thanks Fashion Galleria!

Ben & Charlie are absolutely first class and are meticulous in ensuring all garments are the perfect fit with the perfect look.
This quality service applies to either personal visits to their River City shop in Bangkok or via mail order where my recorded measurements coupled with photographic assessments result in perfectly crafted items.
I couldn’t recommend them enough.

The suit looks amazing, fits perfectly, and some extra little touches to make it special. I found this place from others reviews, and its easy location to our hotel, and I agree if you want a really nice quality suit this is the place to go. You will pay a fair, very inexpensive price for an amazing quality suit. The whole experience was great but Charlie truly added that special customer service touch. He even delivered our suits to our hotel room the night before we flew out to make sure they fit perfectly and that we were happy with them. Wow, can't thank you enough Charlie! They even threw in a tie for each of us for mentioning we found them through online reviews and recommendations. If you're worried about how quickly you can get a custom suit, don't worry Fashion Galleria will get it to you as quickly as you need. We will definitely purchase more suits from them, now that they have our measurements. And recommend them hands down, ten stars! :)
