Lack of good procedure consumes most of the time waiting and found out that you missing one/two documents that never've been mentioned in staff/required document. Staffs are very impolite and is a kind of programming robot. They cannot suggest anything, like required documents or what you should prepare for next process, until you wait for a next meeting (with 2 hours of waiting queue) and found out that you have another process and documents that they never mentions. In summary, it is absolutely nightmare to deal with them. The information in website is only 30%of their whole process. Hire the experienced staff to do documents for you even you are feeling they are not helpful. Otherwise, you will find that staying in your house without having a job is better than finding a job with this horrible process.
J	James Malkin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. No place to park. Had to bribe a guard to let me double park. 2.Girl ahead of me was first turned down because her form was completed in English. When she said her coworkers had successfully done the same, she was then told it was ok. 3.Had time to wait for my number so went back to information counter 3X. Asked about photos, asked about how much cash I needed and asked about stamps needed for affidavit form. No efficiency or clear procedures makes everyone's time more difficult. 4. Advised of a 3 to 4 hour wait. It's been 2 1/2 hours now and the queue has moved less than 50% of my number.

I often go by here for lunch at the canteen where Thai food are available for cheap and affordable prices inside aircon hall, high ceiling and fans too. This is a big premises with 2-3 coffee shops around, and finally shopping is available every Tuesday at special market selling food, garments, electronics, miscellaneous stuff for kitchen, bathroom fixtures, cosmetics, leather ware, live plants in pots and ..... Remember that the said special markets are around only on Tuesday, starts in the morning until about 1pm. There are 2 markets at this complex at the car parks ground floor level at two different locations. The social security office is also located at this ministry, there is a bank here too, and a gas filling station nearby outside the complex on the road outside.
L	Lee Soon Guan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where work permits are processed, waiting a must and stress level increases. Lots of mini shops nearby selling all sorts of food and general stuff. Expect horrible traffic getting here and out! Place is packed with people.
