★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Government Organisation that lacks any organisation. 1 in 3 people actually appear to be gainfully employed. The other 2 out of 3 look at social media on their mobiles, walk around or just stare into the air - sounds about right with most Government Organisations here in Thailand.
The staff are genuinely bored and probably believe they are underpaid. However the reality is that they more than likely supplement their income with 'honour' payments - something which the PM is very much against (allegedly)
On the day of my visit I photographed three staff looking at FB - rather than getting to grips with the job in hand, they prefer to waste the customers time.
Perhaps the senior management need to be changed. If they can't control the management, then the management cannot control the average employee.
If I could have given this place a negative, I would have done so.
Lazy and mostly imcompetant - well done to those few, those very few, that worked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here Tuesday morning for WP collection. The process is quick simple, just make sure you go to the right office on 2nd floor, pick the queue number at the earliest possible (I had mine 30 minutes before 8.30am), the counter starts operating at 8.30am, wait for the number, pass the receipt to the officer, pay at the counter, receive WP and you now good to go ! All can be done within an hour!
