★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made appointment to see 2 nose reconstruction doctors 5 days in advance; one at 4pm and another one at 5 pm but in reality, I got to see the 1st doctor at 6pm and the 2nd at 7pm!!!! Also, with prior research information, their price here is the same as if you did the same thing in a big internationally well known hospital on Sukhumvit rd. where medical instruments and personnels are more ready and experienced in case of an emergency 24 hrs?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Michelle Wichuda did an amazing job in fixing my hair and I can sincerely recommend her as she is very honest, skillful and transparent in meeting your specific needs. Her English is also masterful for communication and the affordability of hair restoration for quality care and service at this hospital is above standard. It has been about 3 weeks since the procedure and I have had no side effects along with prompt responses for any questions.. Lastly, please do your research when looking at drs for hair restoration as I had a bad experience in the past, Dr Wichuda corrected everything and I am very happy now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment at 1, but I met a surgeon at 3:30. Not everyone there was nice to me, especially the photographer who would take a new client face's picture at the 1st floor. The payments of nose and ears surgery were pricey, compare to other clinics, and did not justify for surgeons' skills.

I asked for a procedure and they confirm that they can do it.
But i didn’t get message or anything so i texted them and they said they cant perfom it suddenly the doctor has to go abroad…. Why not tell me in the first place that they cant. Thats a big waste of time !! I was so confused and mad.
So don’t go there !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Day before: Scheduled a hair transplant appointment months in advance. I sent a message to confirm the appointment. They requested that I postpone to the following day - NO
Day of: met with a SA, they gave a quotation twice as expensive as the estimate they gave during the previous consultation. Finally agreed on a price which slightly higher than the estimate. They claimed that the estimate was based on a “review case.” Then they shouldn’t advertise it as a normal rate.
During surgery: the doctor disappeared due to an “emergency case” for hours. She left the staff to perform the surgery on her behalf.
The estimate finishing time was move from 4pm to 8pm to 10pm to 11.30pm to midnight then eventually finished at 1.30am.
Follow up day 1: asked for a receipt, they gave a crooked copies of internal documents. After a discussion, they will have it ready for the next follow up.
