★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM!! Dont pay the deposit. They won't answer emails or calls after you leave your deposit. I had to pay 2000 bath deposit months in advance. And now that I have to cancel (weeks in advance) they don't answer the phone or my many emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife reccommened Hairmaster for FUE as it had good reviews. Went in for a consult with Dr Norasit who has 10+ yrs experience in plastic surgery and hair restoration. Consultation was informative, and procedure for 1500 grafts / 30cm2 was completed within 4 hours using two automated extractions and 2 assistants with Graft placement. The Doctor was very caring and assuring and process was enjoyable. However I am hesitant to the amount of grafts really completed as other online reviews/doctors assessing pictures indicated around a 1000, albeit other drs saying to impossible to tell via photos. The aftercare team has done a great job reassuring me with all support they can assuring 1500 grafts, however will have to wait and see for results. To note, I did state multiple times to Dr Norasit that minimum 40 grafts would be required for hairline with my fine brown hair, and Dr reassured optimum amount and not to worry, I guess having other drs review photos online has made me worry more than usual as they stated much less, with one non-dr assessing fue to be around 600-700grafts at most on the hairrestoration support forum (not very supportive). Will review again in 6 months for genuine result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst reservation and reception services. Call center confirmed your reservation but your reservation cannot be found in the system when you arrived at the hospital. Then you had to make another reservation on other dates. Just a waste of time! Another case was my doctor was not in the office on my appointment date but no one from the hospital called me to postpone my appointment. I arrived the hospital and found that my doctor was not there on that day. Their internal communication was horrible and not professional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have traveled to get my FUE surgery done at Masterpiece clinic, and honestly saying it become a huge mistake of mine. Here is my review on Masterpiece clinic:
1. Slow response from consultants in messenger. Appointment time was delayed for several hours without telling the reason. Answering questions after the surgery can take weeks.
2. After I fully paid for the surgery, the staff didn't want give me a payment slip until I asked them at least 3 times. They also refused to give a contract or an agreement on surgery.
3. I got consultation with a doctor who's estimated 2500 grafts for transplanting, and I was told that there will be no general anesthesia, but a light anesthetic so I'll be conscious most of the time during the surgery. On the day of surgery another doctor appeared, and in fact they injected me general anesthesia, so I do no remember anything that happened. A few moments before I fell asleep, I was laying on a couch and heard how nurses discussing about how many grafts they gonna take out, and one of them confirmed 2000 grafts (!!!).
4. Additionally they forced me to buy useless shampoos, a strange spray that contains high % of alcohol (strong spirit smell) making the skin irritated, big number of unnamed pills that need to take at least a year after the surgery.
5. I followed all the recommendations, and got a terrible result after. My hair growth rate is just about 30% (doctor promised 90%). It does look ugly and unnaturally, and made me a huge problem to do a haircut. When I asked them about what should I do to fix it, the only answer was to pay for another surgery.
6. After all that I went to another clinic, a doctor was confused seeing the huge dot scars on a donor area after FUE I had. They also warned me that I have to correct my hair line because it was straight comparing the sides.
