★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 5 days in December 2013, and had an enjoyable time there.
The hotel is new, hardly 1 year old. It is a small hotel with only 21 rooms, so it is not noisy at any time and guests can enjoy their quiet moments there. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, with thick and comfortable mattresses, soothing lighting and thick and soft towels changed every day. Our fridges were replenished with 2 bottles of drinking water every day even when we did not finish the supply from the previous day. The only shortcoming is the water pressure in the shower, which was a bit weak sometimes. There is a balcony in every room, looking out to a well-kept garden. We liked to sit there to enjoy our afternoon tea, have a game of cards, or simply watch children playing in the garden.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They responded to all our requests promptly. The hotel is situated about 2 km from the main road, but it is quite close (by car) to all the attractions, like Khaoyai National Park, GrandMonte and PB Valley Winery, Farm Chok Chai, Sheep Land, Pak Chong town and the Premium Outlet. The hotel staff helped us to book a van (B1500 per day) to visit these places. One day, we took a leisurely walk to the main road. With the cool weather, we enjoyed the walk and the scenery along the way.
The best part of the hotel is the food. The chef is the boss’s mother, and she can whip up very delicious Thai cuisines. The quality is comparable to those served at top restaurants we ate at in Bangkok, at less than half the price. American breakfast is included in the room rates. The waiters kept coming to us to ask if we had enough, and we could “order” as much as we wanted though it was ABF. Sometimes we had buffet breakfast when the occupancy was higher (at weekends).
In summary we highly recommend this hotel to visitors to Khaoyai, and we will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is quiet and has its own serenity. The price is worth paying for what you get. Staffs are incredibly good in their hospitality, very polite and friendly in their services.
There is this one very downsided experienced i had, their water heater seems to have some problem, in the rooms. We were given a room upgrade after couple of attemps and changing room didn't work out for us at least 2 times. But staffs were very understanding as we were understanding as well. Then I find out from them what they did to the heater to turn it on again, and all went well with minor help on your own when it happen. So this is what you have to note. You have to make sure that your heater below the sink is adjusted to L2 instead of L3 to prevent it from over heating and stop working. Until you call them, and all they did was to open up the cover and pressed a button. Which you could ask for the screw driver and handle it yourself rather than calling them if the event happens again.
There is a real downside for those who dislike insects and flies, as it is a site in smaller alley, nature is very much surrounding the area. Hence, there are caterpillars in the morning, snails and flying ants at night, but they are harmless.
Overall, cleanliness is consider very clean and tidy! I like it... For a overboarderliner OCD like myself, i think it is value for money place! Hope you too would like this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located quite a distant from the main road - the place was super clean and well maintained. Room is spacious with amazing view. Staffs were friendly but not much around the place. Very quiet - but the way reaching the place is a little bit bumpy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would agree with a lot of other reviews that if you don't have a car, it is a bit of a walk to some local shops. The road has been fixed as of my visit in 1st Jan 2020. So no pot holes.
I would argue, for you to get around in this area, you do need a car. If you followed a tour or have a driver for just for partial time, then be prepare. Most things are at least 10, 15 mins car ride away because at peak time often there are traffic jam.
The photos are true of the place, bedroom is spacious, staff spoke little English so Google translate is your friend. Service isn't 5 star and they are doing their best but sometimes urban 5 star hotel expectations does not apply here.
(It gets better I promise, read till the end.)
For instance, I didn't want my room to be serviced, saving linens not to be washed until needed. And quite frankly, I like my privacy. I came back to my room surprised it was unlocked, and all tidied up. Usually you would be super happy as who likes to tidy up? ;) But I was tired and shocked they didn't respect the tag I hung on my room and left the door closed but unlocked.
The staff admitted their good will, and assumed I wanted it clean (they said they need to be told if you don't want it service, so by default they will clean and tidy your room, great for people who like this service and are forgetful.
They were apologetic but to be fair, staff are following management order, so can't really blame anyone but the one agreed to such system.
I can't say I totally took advantage to this gem in Khao Yai area. I was out at 5am and come back at around 10pm and went to bed straight away. The one highlight was strolling across the lawn to the swing at night. Being a urban dweller, light pollution is severe. With the prevelant of LED light on street, high rise, street lights and billboards, one can rarely see the stars of a clear sky. Not the case at the Villa and Khao Yai area. I sat on launched myself on the swing, tilting my head, enjoying the empty and quiet garden, and the whole sky full of stars all to myself. That was the best memory at the Villa along with the staff who helped get me to a quieter room and even tried to help me with suitcase up the stairs (a small girl, smaller than me, luckily I got assigned to ground floor rooms and I persuaded her to get a man instead).
Lots of parking, Thai friendly hospitality, Little English, away from city but all these made it a reason why you stay here not to stay away.
