★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent services, went there a couple times until I got my new iPad Pro. I had some problem transferring old data into new one but the i studio team here tried their best to resolve it with continuous “smile”. The person in charge of my service name “Oo+” was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally a fine store. But they badly handle iPhone launch date. Messy confusing line and each of the person in line was handle very very slowly. Moreover, if the items are already out of stock, just put a sign out there; don’t just let people wait in a long line to tell them that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a great job taking care of customers however, they are not so good at communicating with customers. They were going to charge me for installing a free OS, but the day before they told me it's free of charge. It is unacceptable to tell the customers that you will be charge after telling them it's free. In conclusion, staffs were great but some aren't so good.

Pretty big store having quite an electronic collection. People are helpful. They have some discounts now, like bose buds was a 1000 baht off than regular bose and other outlets.
