★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there originally for the battery replacement program. The staff there provided their best services and I ended up with changing my computer's screen also. You should expect to be waited if you hit on their prime time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a Macbook issue, they took good care of it. Water spill on my Macbook. I asked them to check and clean the laptop, which they did. The charge was around 1,600 Baht. They also pointed out that I my Macbook was affected by a manufacturing issue (anti-reflective coating was getting really smudgy), and that I was eligible for a free replacement by Apple. I took them up on the offer, and got it back about a week later with a perfectly new screen. Very happy with that, no charge at all. The staff was friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service at iService, you don't need an appointment. Just walk in, staff speak English. Was kept updated. Will use again as have a few Macbooks with keyboards not working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my iphone for battery replace. The staff is taking care of me so well. But after got my phone back, my screen protector is crack, and my speaker is broken
So I would say the service is good, staffs are friendly. But quality of Mechanic department have to improve. :(

My MacBook 2017 had problem to the keyboard 2 times within the first 2 months.
At first they told me I might have to pay for repair then they took the laptop one week of replace the entire keyboard in warranty.
Apart the thrilling and unclear at the beginning, all was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is an absolute scam. Instead of going here, take your Apple product to the Apple Store’s Genius Bar in Central World Mall.
iService charged me 1500 baht to “diagnose” my MacBook’s issue and it took them 1 full day. They then quoted me almost 26,000 to fix the issue with time frame of 9-12 business days. I took my MacBook to Apple Store in Central World and they diagnosed it for FREE within 20 minutes of me being at the store. They quote me much less to fix the issue within ONE Business day as they have they part in stock.
Do yourself a favor and go to Apple Store instead of IService.
0 Stars if I could but I’ll have to give it 1 as it’s the lowest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see some people here in the reviews feeling they were treated unfairly or taken advantage of at this establishment. I had the opposite experience. I went in with a MacBook Air with faulty trackpad. They said they would do a preliminary service and contact me later about the parts required and the expense involved. Turns out the trackpad was fine and some minor adjustments were all that were required. They had the perfect opportunity to fleece me for a part I didn’t need but they didn’t. Thank you. Service cost - 1600 thb
